I am associate of world wide community of continuous learning.

We produce a teacher as a change agent or innovator of solving a social problems, especially caused by social change from industrial socirty to knowledge society. They use information technology perfectly and trip around all over the world. They are called "netnomad" or "kakehashi", it means bridge and method of knowledge creating.

Why do they need? Because, knowledge society make a freedom of choice, but the same time it make a gap of winner and loser.It is different fom the gap of industrial society. Further more we do not know how infruence them.

How can we do? I think one of the answer is education. It is not necessarily a class room. It may more effective learning each other on the job. Practicing a project and writing document on website what I see, how I think, why I do.

It helps self learing by reviewing and advise on website. It may be live case of how makes knowlede and use information.
