I want to construct comunity of continuous learning for knowledge
worker, especially work for social problems.

I think they need opotunities for recognizeing their own common sense
and break their shell, then restructuring new perspectives and way of
thinking.

Because they work only one company and one culture, they do not know
multiple values. However society is change fast , so we have to know
how work on knowledge society.

Our social systems fit for industrial society, we do not learn about
knowledge society in school, so we need comunity of continuous
learning.

My plan is learing consulting method and solving social problem
prcticing that method all over the world.　Firstly I want to make base
in Sillicon Valley.
