会社を辞めてから一番困ることは、良質な議論を交わす機会が減ること
リクルートでは、商品開発という名前に変わったものの、もともとのＨＲＤ研究所でしたので、職場では知的刺激が自然とあふれていました
大学院の授業に出てかろうじて知的刺激は確保してはいましたが、ちょっと専門が違うので、白熱した議論とまではいきません
そんな時に、ふと目に飛び込んできたのが、「ドラッカー学会」でした
すぐに、申し込みました
情報型組織について、情報交換ができると良いんだけどな
5月に北海道で総会があるようです
どうせ北海道にいくなら、北大の亀田達也教授のところも訪ねて、合議の知・共同の知がインターネット、特に予測市場によってどのように変わりうるのか議論ができたらと思っています
